About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Lab Technician with proven expertise in testing and analysis of edible and non-edible oils. The ideal candidate will have direct experience working with Palm Oil, Glycerin, Soybean Oil, and Crude Oil, and be proficient in conducting key laboratory tests to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and advanced laboratory tests including:
- Free Fatty Acid (FFA) analysis
- Moisture content determination
- Iodine value measurement
- Sediment testing
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment with precision.
- Record, interpret, and report test results accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Technology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on laboratory experience in oil and fat analysis.
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and industry standards.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
