Job Description
Shree Balaji Engicons Limited is looking for an experienced and dedicated CCTV Technician to join our IT & Surveillance Team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and remote support of CCTV surveillance systems across multiple project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, fitting, and commissioning of CCTV cameras.
- Camera replacement, alignment, and maintenance.
- Cable laying, routing, termination, and testing.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of NVR/DVR systems.
- Complete CCTV surveillance system setup and deployment.
- Remote monitoring and online technical support for site teams.
- Diagnosing and resolving CCTV-related issues through remote access.
- Coordination with site staff for troubleshooting and issue closure.
- Maintenance of surveillance equipment and network connectivity.
- Preparing installation and maintenance reports.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of IP Cameras, Analog Cameras, NVR, DVR, and Networking.
- Experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Understanding of LAN networking, switches, routers, and remote access.
- Ability to troubleshoot camera connectivity and recording issues.
- Familiarity with cable laying and structured cabling practices.
- Basic computer and networking knowledge.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / Technical Certification in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Networking, or related field.
- Relevant experience in CCTV installation and maintenance preferred.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
