Job Title: Finance Executive (Odoo ERP Specialist)

Job Description:
We are looking for a self-starter Finance Executive with experience and a strong expertise in Odoo ERP, particularly in its accounting, finance, and HR modules. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically inclined, and eager to enhance business processes using Odoo ERP. This remote position requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, motivated, and capable of working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial and accounting operations using Odoo ERP on demand basis.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable, receivable, budgets, and financial reporting.
- Configure and optimize Odoo ERP modules for accounting, finance, and HR processes.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and support decision-making with actionable insights.
- Assist with integrating payroll and employee expense management within Odoo ERP
- Provide insights and recommendations to streamline operations using Odoo ERP.
- Stay updated on Odoo ERP technical aspects to explore new features and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, especially in accounting, finance, and HR. Accounting & Finance background preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and explore the technical aspects of Odoo ERP (e.g., configuration, workflows, and integrations).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote setup.
Preferred Skills:
- Interest in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest Odoo features and advancements.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
