Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors across India.
Generate new B2B leads through market visits, calls, exhibitions, and networking.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Present new collections, pricing, and product catalogs to clients.
Handle client inquiries, negotiations, order follow-ups, and payment coordination.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
Travel for client meetings and market expansion when required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in garment, ethnic wear, textile, fashion, or B2B sales.
Experience in wholesale or retail network sales is highly preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of the women’s ethnic wear market.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
