The Job Developer is responsible for identifying job opportunities for candidates, coordinating with companies, arranging interviews, and supporting successful placements. The role involves employer networking, candidate guidance, and placement follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers and companies
- Identify suitable job openings for candidates/students
- Coordinate interviews and placement activities
- Assist candidates with resume preparation and interview readiness
- Maintain placement records and reports
- Follow up with employers and candidates after placement
- Conduct recruitment drives and career guidance sessions
- Achieve placement and hiring targets
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Networking and relationship-building ability
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
- MS Office and database management
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Qualification
Experience
- Fresher or 1–3 years experience in Software development and coding
Salary Range (India)
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
