Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits and customer interactions.
- Visit residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Explain solar products, benefits, pricing, and savings.
- Conduct customer meetings and arrange site visits.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Coordinate with the technical/design team for quotations and proposals.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer and sales records.
Requirements & Skills
- 12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to work in field sales.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Excel.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Solar industry experience will be an advantage.
