We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive who can manage invoicing, GST entries, dispatch coordination, and basic logistics work. The candidate should have good accounting knowledge and strong coordination skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage sales invoices, purchase bills, and credit/debit notes.
- Maintain accounts-related records and update Excel sheets on a daily basis.
- Managing billing and invoicing on Tally
- Coordinate dispatches, maintain dispatch records, and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle logistics coordination with transporters, courier partners, and customers.
- Maintain stock/dispatch registers and support in order processing.
- Assist in basic accounting tasks like ledger updates, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Maintain filing, data entry, and reports as required.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in accounts, invoicing, or dispatch/logistics coordination.
- Knowledge of Invoices, and basic accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Tally ERP or any accounting software (preferred).
- Good communication & coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & basic computer operations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
