ey Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue. Identify and generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners. Promote domestic and international tour packages.Client Relationship Management Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable solutions. Handle client queries, negotiations, and escalations. Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.Team Management Lead, train, and motivate the sales team. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback. Conduct sales meetings and performance reviews.Market Research & Strategy Analyze tourism market trends and competitor activities. Identify emerging travel destinations and customer preferences. Recommend new products and promotional campaigns.Revenue & Reporting Prepare sales forecasts and reports. Monitor sales KPIs and revenue performance. Ensure profitability of tour packages and services.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred. 4–8 years of experience in travel and tourism sales. Experience in team handling and business development.Required Skills Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations. Customer relationship management. Leadership and team management.
