Manager- Township Operations
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the overall maintenance and operations of the residential township.
· Ensure proper upkeep of parks, green areas, landscaping, and horticulture activities.
· Supervise housekeeping, gardeners, maintenance staff, security personnel, and contractors.
· Monitor the maintenance of roads, street lights, drainage systems, water supply, sewerage systems, and common amenities.
· Handle resident complaints, service requests, and grievance resolution in a timely and professional manner.
· Act as the primary point of contact between residents and management.
· Ensure smooth functioning of community facilities, parks, clubhouses, and recreational areas.
· Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic standards throughout the township.
· Coordinate with local authorities, government departments, utility providers, and external agencies whenever required.
· Manage emergency situations and ensure prompt resolution of operational issues.
· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety norms, and company policies.
· Oversee collection and tracking of maintenance charges and assist in documentation related to residents and property transfers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Graduate/Post Graduate with experience in Township, Residential Colony, Facility Management, Hospitality, or Operations Management.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent resident relationship and grievance-handling abilities.
· Knowledge of facility management, horticulture, housekeeping, security, and infrastructure maintenance.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to coordinate with government authorities and external agencies.
· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle emergencies effectively.
· Good planning, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems.
Experience
· 5–10 years of experience in Township Management, Residential Colony Operations, Facility Management, Real Estate, or Hospitality Operations.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
