Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize email marketing campaigns, nurture leads, and drive engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of email automation tools, A/B testing, segmentation, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing Formats and Doing the Bulk Emailing.
- Design and optimize email templates for better deliverability, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for subject lines, email content, and CTAs.
- Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Use marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo) to manage campaigns and workflows.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Email Writing concepts and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
