- Provide technical support for network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to LAN, WAN, and WiFi connectivity.
- Assist in configuring new devices on the network and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as firmware updates, backups, and system monitoring.
- Offer desktop support to end-users, resolving hardware and software-related problems.
- Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in networking or a related field (B.Tech/B.E. degree preferred).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Willing to travel across India
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
