If you’re good at end to end recruitment, volume hiring, stakeholder management, Non IT recruitment, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
What you’ll do:
The Recruiter has the unique ability to work across different areas of client businesses (Sales, Marketing, Field Services, enabling areas) and impact each senior leadership team members within APAC. The Recruiter will be responsible for owning and executing difficult and senior level searches and will
own relationships with senior executives and hiring managers, to create robust hiring and candidate development strategies. This person will need to be well-versed in all aspects of search including the development of sourcing initiatives, client management, and offer negotiation.
Acting as a talent advisor to Business Leaders– educating Hiring Managers about the external market demographics as well as internal recruiting process. Clearly communicating status and progress against open searches. Providing strategic data guidance to leadership in matters related to top talent.
- Serving as a subject matter expert for recruiting, including work on continuous company and talent mapping in key areas for the company, especially wrt sales, marketing, field services, enabling areas.
- Developing prospects into candidates, engaging them and performing appropriate
assessment/screening.
- Continually contributing to the knowledge base of the group and Intuitive, as a whole, by providing education on relevant industries and talent pools/profiles.
- Building out talent networks in and utilizing knowledgeable industry sources to develop an on-going
pool of candidates
- Leading client update meetings on active searches
- Conducting and coordinating on-site/online interviews and participating in debriefs;
presenting/negotiating employment offers on behalf of Intuitive
- An individual who can drive recruitment for commercial (Sales/Marketing etc.) and enabling (Legal,
Finance, Regulatory affairs etc.) side of the business
- Research acumen and creativity; An individual who can learn new tech and product domains quickly
and understand how to craft effective search strategies within those domains
- Superb communication skills: a compelling communicator able to engage the attention of busy,
senior executives.
- Self-assured, not easily thrown, able to think on your feet; this individual may be called upon to work
on highly confidential searches with very senior leaders.
- Inquisitive; a strong desire to learn
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on
passive candidate generation in market.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience advising and influencing executive leadership.
- Minimum 3+ years utilizing recruiting/sourcing related tools such as applicant tracking system(s) and
CRM(s) with strong preference for experience with Smart Recruiter ATS & Workday.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
