Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees.
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and labor laws.
Conduct employee induction, training, and orientation programs.
Prepare HR letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
Monitor employee performance and coordinate appraisal processes.
Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Coordinate staff welfare activities and engagement programs.
Prepare monthly HR reports and MIS.
Support management in policy implementation and disciplinary matters.
Maintain statutory registers and compliance records.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
Organize training, meetings, and employee development activities.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
