Teacher Job Description
Job Title: Teacher Responsibilities Teach students according to the syllabus.
Prepare lesson plans and study materials. Explain concepts clearly and answer students' questions. Conduct class tests, assignments, and exams.
Evaluate and record student performance. Maintain classroom discipline.
Attend parent-teacher meetings. Support school activities and events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., etc.) in the relevant subject.
B.Ed. is usually preferred or required. Good communication and teaching skills. Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
