Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating and converting leads, supporting sales activities, and coordinating with the marketing team to improve business growth.
The candidate should have experience in the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, strong customer handling abilities, and the ability to work with clients from different locations and backgrounds.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Handle client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media platforms, and other communication channels.
- Understand clients’ property requirements, investment goals, budget, and preferences.
- Recommend suitable property options based on client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and potential clients.
- Provide a smooth and professional client experience throughout the sales process.
- Manage regular follow-ups and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Handle international and domestic clients professionally across different time zones.
- Address client queries and provide accurate property-related information.
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Generate, manage, and qualify real estate leads from multiple sources.
- Handle leads received from digital marketing campaigns, property portals, referrals, and other platforms.
- Identify potential buyers and investors and convert inquiries into successful sales opportunities.
- Conduct client discussions, property presentations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate property visits and assist clients throughout the buying process.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards business growth.
- Maintain updated records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Business Development
- Develop new client relationships and expand the customer base.
- Identify market opportunities and potential investment clients.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends, property developments, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Marketing Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Share customer feedback, market insights, and sales requirements with the marketing team.
- Support digital marketing initiatives by improving lead quality and conversion strategies.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and assist in converting them into potential clients.
- Participate in property promotions, events, and client engagement activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or related fields.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of real estate market trends.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently.
- Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Preferred Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.
- Experience handling investors, buyers, and high-value clients will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
