JOB OVERVIEW
The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising the execution of wooden flooring, ceiling, wall cladding, decking, and other project installations at customer sites. The role ensures projects are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and agreed timelines while coordinating with clients, installation teams, contractors, and internal departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Site Execution
· Supervise day-to-day site activities and installation works.
· Ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications, and project scope.
· Monitor installation quality and workmanship throughout the project.
· Ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline.
Project Coordination
· Coordinate with the General Manager regarding project progress and challenges.
· Coordinate with procurement and stores to ensure timely material availability.
· Work closely with installation teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
· Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors at site.
Quality Control
· Inspect incoming materials before installation.
· Ensure proper installation techniques for wooden flooring, ceilings, wall panels, decking, and related products.
· Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
· Conduct final inspections before project handover.
Site Management
· Plan daily manpower deployment.
· Monitor labour productivity.
· Maintain site discipline and housekeeping.
· Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to minimize wastage.
Safety & Compliance
· Ensure compliance with site safety procedures.
· Verify the use of required PPE by workers.
· Report accidents, unsafe conditions, or incidents immediately.
· Ensure work complies with applicable standards and customer requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
· Prepare daily site progress reports.
· Maintain material consumption records.
· Report project status, delays, and issues to the General Manager.
· Record site measurements and variations where applicable.
· Support project completion and handover documentation.
Customer Coordination
· Attend customer site meetings when required.
· Resolve routine site-related customer concerns.
· Ensure customer satisfaction during project execution.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Architecture, or Diploma in Interior Design.
· B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering, or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
· MBA (Operations/Project Management) with a Civil Engineering or Construction-related background (preferred for management-track candidates).
· 1–3 years of experience in site supervision, interior fit-out, flooring, construction, or finishing projects.
· Fresh MBA graduates with a Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management background and strong practical exposure through internships or projects may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
