- Assess Student Needs – Evaluate the learning abilities, strengths, and challenges of students with special educational needs.
- Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) – Design and implement personalized learning goals and teaching strategies.
- Provide Specialized Instruction – Adapt teaching methods, materials, and classroom activities to meet diverse learning requirements.
- Collaborate with Parents and Professionals – Work closely with families, therapists, counselors, and school staff to support student development.
- Monitor Progress and Maintain Records – Track student performance, prepare reports, and modify educational plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
