- Analyze client requirements and understand eLearning project needs

Define clear learning objectives and course structures

Develop storyboards, scripts, and content outlines

Design and support development of interactive eLearning modules

Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences

Ensure accuracy of task analysis, training requirements, and learning hierarchy

Assist in evaluation planning and course effectiveness measurement

Collaborate with designers, developers, and SMEs

Support all phases of instructional design lifecycle

Strong creativity and interest in instructional design and digital learning
