Coordination & OperationsBe the single point of contact between departments: Nursing, Pharmacy, Lab, Billing, OTEnsure bed management, discharge summaries, and referrals are processed on timeCoordinate with insurance/TPA desk for Ayush claims and documentationConduct daily ward rounds and report issues to HOD/MSMaintain roster for BAMS duty doctors and ensure coverageC. Documentation & QualityMaintain proper EMR/patient records, case sheets, and consent formsEnsure NABH/Quality protocols are followed for clinical documentationTrack and report clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and complaintsMaintain inventory of Ayush medicines and Panchakarma equipmentD. Training & ComplianceTrain nursing staff on Ayurvedic procedures, diet plans, and medicationConduct patient awareness camps on preventive healthcareEnsure BMW, infection control, and hospital SOPs are followedParticipate in CMEs and hospital quality meetings4. Key Skills RequiredClinical: Strong knowledge of Kayachikitsa, Balroga, PanchakarmaCommunication: Ability to counsel patients/attendants in Punjabi, Hindi, EnglishCoordination: Good inter-department coordination and conflict managementDocumentation: EMR, MS Office, hospital softwareLeadership: Team management and ability to handle emergencies calmly5. Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: BAMS degree from CCIM/MCI recognized university. MD Ayurveda preferredRegistration: Valid registration with Punjab Board of Ayurvedic and Unani System of MedicineExperience: 1-3 years clinical experience. Hospital experience preferredAdditional: Certification in Panchakarma / NABH training is a plus6.
