They're looking for a Head of Growth who has done this before , taken a brand from near-zero to real scale, built the acquisition and retention engine from scratch, and knows what it actually takes to make D2C work in a category where product quality, customer lifetime value, and brand trust all matter.
This role is not about “running ads.” It’s about architecting the full-funnel growth system that turns client into a brand people find, buy, come back to, and tell others about.
