Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to manage blue-collar manpower recruitment for our spinning mill operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring workers, coordinating employee onboarding, managing hostel facilities, and supporting employee welfare activities to ensure adequate manpower availability and smooth workforce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and mobilize workers for spinning mill operations.
- Source candidates through field recruitment, labour contractors, referrals, and recruitment drives.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate joining formalities.
- Maintain required manpower levels across departments.
- Coordinate worker transportation and onboarding activities.
- Manage hostel accommodation and ensure proper discipline and occupancy.
- Address employee grievances and provide welfare support.
- Maintain recruitment records, manpower reports, and employee databases.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Support retention initiatives and worker engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Required Skills
- Experience in labour recruitment for spinning mills, textile industries, or manufacturing units.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle large-scale workforce hiring.
- Knowledge of hostel administration and employee welfare activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment documentation.
- Hindi speaking ability will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Qualification: Any Degree
