We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the restaurant's success—balancing front-of-house (FOH) hospitality with back-of-house (BOH) efficiency, managing financial performance, and fostering a positive, inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities1. Daily Operations & Guest Experience
- Maintain Standards: Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations to ensure top-tier food quality, presentation, and guest service.
- Guest Relations: Interact with guests, gather feedback, and handle complaints promptly and professionally to ensure repeat business.
- Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP/local health department codes) and maintain all necessary licensing (liquor, food handling, etc.).
2. Team Leadership & Culture
- Hiring & Training: Recruit, onboard, and train FOH and BOH staff to deliver service aligned with our brand standards.
- Scheduling: Create and manage weekly staff schedules, optimizing labor costs based on sales forecasts.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing coaching, and handle disciplinary actions or terminations when necessary.
- Morale: Foster a collaborative, respectful, and motivating work environment to reduce staff turnover.
3. Financial & Administrative Management
- P&L Responsibility: Monitor the restaurant’s financial performance against budgets, tracking labor costs, food costs, and waste.
- Inventory Control: Oversee ordering, stock rotation, and inventory management for food, beverages, and supplies.
- Reporting: Manage daily cash drops, POS system data entry, and generate weekly/monthly financial reports for upper management.
