Accountant – Shivam Electro Tools
Location: Damtal, Himachal Pradesh

Shivam Electro Tools is hiring an Accountant to manage our day-to-day office accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily sales and purchase entries
- Manage receipts, payments and expense entries
- Prepare sales invoices and credit/debit notes
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers
- Handle cash and bank entries
- Bank and cash reconciliation
- Track customer outstanding payments
- Basic GST and TDS work
- Maintain records in Tally & Excel
- Assist with GST returns and other routine accounting work
- Prepare basic accounts reports for management
Requirements:
- 1–3 years accounting experience
- Good knowledge of Tally, GST & MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of sales, purchase and ledger accounts
- Good attention to detail
- Honest, responsible and organised
- Experience in trading/distribution business preferred
Salary: ₹7,000–₹12,000/month, depending on experience
Reporting To: Branch Head / Management
