ob Description:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Back Office.
- Manage the daily operations of the customer support/call center team.
- Monitor team performance and ensure service quality and productivity targets are achieved.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor attendance, scheduling, and workforce planning.
- Coordinate with doctors, clinic staff, and other departments for smooth patient support.
- Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to appointment completion.
- Monitor call quality and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist the Operations Manager in achieving departmental KPIs and operational goals.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the BPO/Customer Service industry.
- Experience in handling skin clinic, cosmetic clinic, or dermatology-related customer calls is mandatory.
- Prior experience in team handling and operations is preferred.
