We are looking for a motivated Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process, provide course information, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries (calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, emails)
- Explain courses, fees, and career opportunities clearly
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain student database and update records
- Coordinate with faculty and management for admissions process
- Conduct counselling sessions for students and parents
- Achieve monthly admission targets
