Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Brand & Marketing Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives, translating brand vision into impactful campaigns across multiple channels. You will balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution, managing everything from print and offline store-level activations to our digital footprint. Additionally, you will serve as a key voice of our brand, directly engaging with our community and customers across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, plan, and execute end-to-end marketing programs and campaigns across social media, print, offline media, and in-store levels to drive brand awareness and foot traffic.
- Social Media & Community Management: Manage our social media presence. Actively engage with customers, respond to inquiries/comments, and foster an active, positive online community around our brand.
- Omnichannel Marketing: Ensure seamless brand messaging across all touchpoints, seamlessly connecting traditional print/offline campaigns with digital and in-store customer experiences.
- Store-Level Activations: Design and coordinate localized marketing efforts, visual merchandising support, and exclusive in-store events to enhance the luxury retail experience.
- Content Creation & Curation: Oversee the development of compelling marketing collateral, copywriting, and visual assets suitable for both print and digital mediums.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and social media engagement, utilizing insights to optimize future strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or a dual strategy/execution role (experience in luxury retail, fashion, or fine jewelry is a strong plus).
- Social Media Savvy: Proven track record of managing brand pages and a deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and customer engagement strategies (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft a premium brand voice.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle print deadlines, digital schedules, and physical store events simultaneously.
- Creative & Analytical Mindset: A blend of creative flair for campaign concepts and an analytical approach to measuring ROI and engagement metrics.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
