About the Role
Inspite Technologies is looking for a passionate and analytical Performance Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing team in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This internship is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in performance marketing, lead generation, analytics, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Support Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
- Assist in A/B testing creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
- Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives and banners.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
- Research audience targeting strategies and market trends.
- Generate quality leads through paid marketing campaigns.
- Maintain campaign documentation and performance dashboards.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Quick learner with a passion for digital marketing.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of SEO and SEM concepts.
- Knowledge of Canva or basic graphic editing tools.
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT for ad copy generation.
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
