Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including AP, AR, and general ledger
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closures
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
- Handle audits (internal & external) and liaise with auditors
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and cost control across outlets
- Develop and implement financial policies and controls
- Lead and mentor the accounts team
Requirements
- CA / MBA Finance / B.Com (with strong experience)
- 5–10+ years in accounting/finance, preferably in F&B, retail, or multi-outlet business
- Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting tools
- Leadership and team management skills
