We are looking for an experienced GIS Feature Extraction Engineer with hands-on experience in GIS data processing, feature extraction, digitization, and spatial data quality control.
Key Skills: Strong experience in ArcGIS / ArcGIS Pro / QGIS GIS and Remote Sensing Feature Extraction & Digitization Experience in LULC, Building, Road, Railway and Waterbody Mapping GIS Attribute Creation Topology Validation and QA/QC Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities :
Perform GIS feature extraction and digitization from satellite/aerial imagery. Create and update spatial data for buildings, roads, railways, water bodies, and LULC. Perform GIS attribute creation and data editing. Conduct topology validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy. Review and correct errors in GIS datasets. Follow project guidelines and maintain high-quality spatial data standards.
Eligibility :
B.Sc./M.Sc. in GIS, Geography, Geoinformatics, Remote Sensing, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in GIS, feature extraction, digitization, or remote sensing. Candidates with hands-on experience in ArcGIS/ArcGIS Pro/QGIS will be preferred. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
