Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have strong technical troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with Python and SQL, and excellent verbal communication skills to handle voice-based technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through voice and other support channels.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application and system-related issues.
- Analyze logs, identify root causes, and perform debugging to resolve technical problems.
- Write and execute SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution.
- Utilize Python for troubleshooting, automation, and debugging tasks where required.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps accurately.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high-quality communication standards.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Hands-on experience in debugging and troubleshooting applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate confidently in a voice process environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience with ticketing tools and incident management processes is an added advantage.
