Job Description – Reservation Executive
Position: Reservation Executive
Department: Reservations / Front Office
Reports To: Front Office Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Handle room reservation requests through phone, email, website, OTAs, and travel agents.
- Process, modify, and cancel reservations accurately in the PMS system.
- Ensure room availability and maintain optimum occupancy levels.
- Provide guests with information regarding room categories, rates, packages, and hotel facilities.
- Follow up on tentative bookings and convert inquiries into confirmed reservations.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping regarding room status and guest requirements.
- Manage corporate, group, and travel agent bookings.
- Prepare daily reservation reports, arrival lists, and occupancy forecasts.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation records.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Promote hotel packages and upsell higher room categories to maximize revenue.
- Monitor OTA extranets and ensure rate parity and inventory accuracy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
