Job Title: Assembly Technician / Assembly OperatorJob Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our production team. The role involves assembling components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining efficiency on the production line.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and finished products as per work instructions and drawings
- Read and interpret assembly blueprints, diagrams, and procedures
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or process issues
- Maintain production targets and meet daily output requirements
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
- Assist in troubleshooting assembly issues and suggest improvements
- Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / High School (depending on role level)
- 1–5 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing (for experienced roles)
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical components
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings and instructions

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
