· Should work independently and lead the project from scratch on an individual contributor role.
· Will be responsible to develop architectural features including walls, partitions, roofs, slab details, and sections.
· Will be responsible in designing wedding events.
· Will be responsible in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions).
· Will be responsible of handling the projects independently.
· Will be responsible to coordinate and collaborate with internal teams regarding construction documents to ensure accuracy in meeting client specifications, site-specific criteria, and building code requirements.
· Will be responsible to coordinate with the execution team from the start of the project till it is completed and executed at the site..
· Will be responsible to design from conceptual development and liaison with the stakeholders to manage and execute the design.
· Will be responsible to handle multiple projects and should have wide design and detail knowledge.
· Will be responsible to plan, design, detail and supervise the construction of commercial, industrial, retail and residential building interiors to produce an environment tailored to a purpose, with particular emphasis on space creation, etc
· Will be responsible to evaluate material selection, negotiate the pricing for materials and set cost & project fees according to budget.
· Will be responsible to handle client and vendor meetings related to the project(s) that you are working on.
· You Should be ready to travel as and when required on PAN India level or abroad
Required Experience and Qualifications
· Graduation / relevant Diploma.
· Minimum Experience 3 yrs as an Interior Designer.
· Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
· Led and delivered minimum 5 to 6 Residential projects.
· Holds excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
· Holds design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style and mood board)
· Technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation)
· Modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
· Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
· Holds project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, co-ordinating with internal & external agencies.
· Holds sales expertise in sales closure by way of logical & trusted sales pitch, driving and leading the design meetings with the customers.
· Result oriented, team work, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication.
· Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
