Key Responsibilities
- Batch Execution: Supervise day-to-day manufacturing of API batches.
- Documentation: Complete Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) accurately in real-time.
- GMP Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Equipment Handling: Operate reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and micronizers safely.
- Process Monitoring: Track parameters like temperature, pressure, and pH levels.
- Safety Enforcement: Ensure team members wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Yield Optimization: Minimize material wastage and improve overall process efficiency.
- Deviation Reporting: Log any process abnormalities and assist in investigations.
- Cleanliness: Maintain plant hygiene and clean equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Audit Readiness: Keep records ready for regulatory audits like USFDA or EDQM.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
