Job Summary:
École Globale International Girls’ School is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to conceptualize and produce engaging visual content for print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will support branding, marketing, internal communications, events, and academic initiatives through high-quality design work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design promotional materials including brochures, posters, banners, flyers, newsletters, and annual reports.
- Create engaging social media creatives, website graphics, and digital campaigns.
- Develop branding materials consistent with the school’s identity guidelines.
- Design event-related creatives (invitations, backdrops, certificates, stage designs, etc.).
- Edit and enhance photographs and videos for marketing use.
- Collaborate with various departments for content visualization.
- Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain organized digital archives of all creative assets.
- Assist in updating website visuals and digital presentations.
- Coordinate with printers and vendors for production requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience (school/institutional experience preferred).
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Canva (advanced level)
- Basic video editing tools (Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects – preferred)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience handling social media branding.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
