Job Title: Data Entry Operator (Excel Specialist)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, managing, and analyzing data while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain data in systems and spreadsheets with high accuracy
- Use Microsoft Excel for data organization, analysis, and reporting
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and error checking
- Create and manage Excel reports using formulas, functions, and pivot tables
- Maintain proper documentation of data processes
- Ensure data confidentiality and security
- Coordinate with team members to collect and verify data
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts)
- High typing speed with accuracy
- Attention to detail and ability to spot errors
- Basic understanding of data management
- Good organizational and time management skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
