Job Summary:
Revivo Group is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating qualified leads, following up with prospective customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using the provided database.
- Generate and qualify sales leads for the business.
- Explain company products and services to prospective customers.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team whenever required.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.
- Update customer information and call records accurately in the CRM or database.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely conversion of leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
