About the Role
Are you a strategic networker with a proven track record in the immigration industry? Visa Mitar Immigration Consultants is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial Business Development Executive (BDE) to spearhead our next phase of growth.
This is not a routine desk job. You will be the driving force behind expanding our client network, establishing strategic partnerships, and elevating our sales operations. If you are hungry to build something big and want a role where your impact directly dictates your growth, this is it.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Partnership Building: Identify, connect, and tie up with sub-agents, local freelance consultants, coaching centers, and educational institutes to expand our robust referral network.
- Market Penetration: Design and execute grassroots marketing and outreach strategies to increase our brand presence in the local market.
- High-Value Lead Conversion: Personally handle high-potential inquiries (Study Visas, PR, Tourist Visas) and convert them into registered clients.
- Brand Representation: Represent the agency at local educational fairs, public seminars, and networking events to build trust and credibility.
- Sales Strategy & Operations: Optimize the sales funnel, meet daily calling/follow-up targets, and help mentor junior counselors as the team grows.
- Relationship Management: Maintain exceptional relationships with clients to ensure maximum word-of-mouth referrals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of solid experience in Business Development, B2B Tie-ups, or Senior Sales within the Immigration, Visa Consultancy, or Overseas Education sector.
- Network: A strong, existing local network of sub-agents or lead sources is highly preferred.
- Skills: Elite-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to pitch confidently to both business partners and individual clients.
- Mindset: Self-starter, highly independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven growth environment. You must be a "hunter" who goes out to get business.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel locally for business meetings, tie-ups, and market visits.
