Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and goal-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective students, promoting our training programs, converting leads into enrollments, and contributing to the institute's business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and engage prospective students and working professionals through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Understand candidates' career aspirations and recommend suitable training programs.
Provide detailed information about courses, certifications, career opportunities, and placement support.
Manage the complete admission lifecycle from inquiry generation to enrollment.
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy conversion ratio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and enrollments in CRM systems.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
Participate in webinars, seminars, and promotional activities to generate new business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Academic Counseling, Admissions, or Customer Support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Education, EdTech, Healthcare, or Training industries.
Knowledge of South Indian languages ( Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam) will be an added advantage.
Strong follow-up and lead management skills.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹4.0 – ₹5.5 LPA
