We are hiring for a multinational retail client seeking a tech-savvy Application Specialist – Customer Success with strong experience in Order Management Systems (OMS), retail operations, and omnichannel environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application and functional support for OMS platforms
- Work closely with customers to resolve issues and improve user experience
- Coordinate with product and technical teams for implementations and enhancements
- Support integrations, onboarding, and incident management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day application operations and stakeholder communication
Requirements:
- Strong OMS / Order Management System experience
- Retail or omnichannel background preferred
- Experience in customer success, application support, or implementation roles
- Good understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and integrations
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Experience working with EU/APAC clients preferred
