Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and experienced Telecaller with 2–3 years of experience to manage inbound and outbound calling activities for our real estate business. The role involves lead follow-ups, customer engagement, and coordination with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/database.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and property portals.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details in CRM / Excel.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.
Skills & Requirements
- Freshers or candidates with prior experience in telecalling / telesales.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Comfortable working with targets and call volumes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM systems (training will be provided).
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) is mandatory.
Compensation
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
- Incentives as per company policy.
