Job Description:
The Principal serves as the academic and administrative head of the institution, responsible for providing strategic leadership and ensuring the effective implementation of the school’s vision, mission and educational standards. The role demands a commitment to academic excellence, student development and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
●Provide visionary leadership to drive academic excellence and institutional development.
●Oversee the implementation of curriculum, policies and programs in alignment with CBSE/ICSE/State Board guidelines.
●Lead, mentor and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure high performance standards.
●Establish and maintain a positive, disciplined and inclusive school culture.
●Monitor academic outcomes, student progress and overall school performance.
●Ensure effective planning and execution of academic calendars, examinations and school activities.
●Strengthen stakeholder engagement by building strong relationships with parents, students and the community.
●Manage school operations, including budgeting, resource allocation and infrastructure development.
●Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory and board requirements.
●Promote innovation and the integration of technology in teaching and learning practices.

Pay: ₹24,893.40 - ₹85,000.00 per month
