Business Development Executive
Position Summary
As a business development executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping businesses transform and succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Create and maintain detailed sales reports to track progress.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
Effectively close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
Update and manage client interactions and responses.
Conduct outreach through cold calls, social media, and professional networks to generate leads.
Qualification and Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the consulting or services industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive speaking style.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn and adapt.
Familiarity with performance-based incentives and a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
