We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Academic Counsellor responsible for guiding students on courses, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding courses, career options, and admission process
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, follow-ups on leads
- Convert inquiries into enrollments/admissions
- Maintain student database and track interactions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and benefits
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
