About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generator / Outbound & Inbound Calling Executiveto engage with UK-based customers, generate qualified leads, and support business growth through effective communication and sales techniques. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, prior experience in outbound and inbound calling, and a strong ability to convert prospects into potential business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective UK customers to generate and qualify leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Introduce company products/services and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Identify customer requirements and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
- Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Telesales, or Customer Acquisition, preferably in the UK market.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral or clear accent.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and selling abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting sales or lead generation targets.
- Comfortable handling both outbound and inbound calls.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong listening, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
