Job description:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective support across various communication channels.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and WhatsApp queries professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, delivery, and returns
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or support systems
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Accounts) for issue resolution
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and service standards
- Achieve defined service KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Provide product and process information clearly to customers
- Support order processing, replacements, refunds, and warranty-related queries
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
