We are looking for Full Stack Engineers across multiple levels (SE, SSE, Technical Lead) to deliver high-quality, scalable applications using React and C# (.NET 6/8).
This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong ownership across frontend and backend layers, with expectations varying by experience level — from feature delivery to technical leadership and architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end features across React frontend and C# backend
- Build scalable and maintainable REST APIs and UI components
- Own complete feature lifecycle — from requirement understanding to production deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API contracts and integration patterns
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint ceremonies
- Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and integration issues
Additional for Senior / Technical Lead:
- Lead technical design and architecture decisions
- Mentor junior engineers and drive team capability
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks
- Own delivery commitments and ensure high engineering standards
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in C# and .NET 6/8
- Hands-on experience with React (functional components, hooks, state management)
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Solid understanding of REST API design and development
- Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization)
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture
- Familiarity with Azure services (App Services, Application Insights, Key Vault)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)
- Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes basics)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Level Expectations
Software Engineer (2–4 years):
- Build features across frontend and backend with guidance
- Good understanding of React and .NET fundamentals
- Basic testing and debugging skills
Senior Software Engineer (3–5 years):
- Own complete feature delivery independently
- Strong full-stack capability with production experience
- Write scalable, testable, and optimized code
Technical Lead (5–7 years):
- Lead architecture and design decisions
- Drive technical excellence and team productivity
- Mentor team members and manage technical delivery
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/LLM integrations (Azure OpenAI, APIs)
- Exposure to AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
- Strong TypeScript design practices across frontend and backend
- Experience in event-driven systems, ESB, or file processing systems
