Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordination & Planning Engineer to support execution and coordination of HVPNL OPGW and Transmission Line projects. The role involves close coordination with clients, vendors, site teams, and Head Office to ensure smooth project execution, reporting, and approvals.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in:
- OPGW Projects
- Transmission Line Projects
- Underground OFC / Cabling Projects
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and maintenance of project data sheets
- Submission, tracking, and follow-up of:
- Survey reports
- Client approvals
- Client coordination for:
- Approvals
- JMC (Joint Measurement Certificate)
- Shutdown permits
- Field clearances
- Preparation and circulation of:
- Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
- Weekly Progress Reports (WPR)
- Monthly Progress Reports (MPR)
- Drafting official correspondence with:
- Clients
- Vendors
- Internal stakeholders
- Vendor coordination for:
- Daily execution planning
- Issue resolution
- Resource mobilization
- Site coordination for:
- Client official support
- Management intervention
- Coordination with Head Office (HO) team for:
- Purchase Requisition (PR)
- Material supply
- GRN processing
- Billing documentation
Expected Skill Set
- Strong knowledge of OPGW / Transmission project execution workflow
- Understanding of Transmission Line clearances & shutdown processes
- Good drafting, documentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting tools
- Ability to manage multi-location site coordination
Preferred Location
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Panchkula / Haryana
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
