Are you passionate about client acquisition, lead generation, and business growth? We are looking for a proactive and driven Pre-Sales Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team in Noida.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork / Freelancer and other freelancing platforms.
- Draft customized and persuasive proposals to secure new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through outbound calling, networking, and online research.
- Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and schedule discovery discussions.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in Lead Generation, or Upwork Bidding.
- Strong proposal writing and client communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Hindi communication.
- Comfortable with follow up calling and client outreach activities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to contribute to business growth.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms will be an added advantage.
The compensation will include a fixed monthly salary along with performance-based incentives.
Special Consideration
Candidates residing within a 15 km radius of our Greater Noida office will be given preference.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
