Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and handle Wood Tech KDT KS-828 Beam Saw Machine (Manual Calculation Model).
- Perform manual cutting calculations as per cut list and production requirements.
- Read and understand production drawings and measurements in millimetres.
- Set machine parameters manually for accurate panel cutting.
- Cut plywood, MDF, HDHMR, particle board, laminates, etc.
- Ensure minimum wastage and maximum material utilization.
- Load and unload sheets safely.
- Maintain proper alignment and calibration of machine.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and regular maintenance checks.
- Follow all safety procedures and factory rules.
- Coordinate with production manager and cut list department.
- Handle machine independently during emergency situations if required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in beam saw operation.
- Must have experience in Wood Tech KDT KS-828 model (manual calculation type).
- Strong knowledge of manual panel cutting calculations.
- Knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily production targets.
- Physically fit and disciplined.
